Your Choice… Session Info cards! $40 each set.

Make booking your sessions more professional and branded by sending your clients a session info card after they have booked or are interested in booking a session with you! I have also included a copyright release (for those of you that sell digital files) and a model release with the same designs. All text is included.

The session info tells your client what time their session is and the address of your studio or location you will be meeting. It also lets them know what to expect at the session and what to wear! Last but not least it gives them a reminder and general idea of your pricing! My clients often bring it with them to the shoot to remind them of the address & pricing info. Something tangible for your clients does make a difference in creating value in your business!

The copyright & model release are both size as 8.5×11.
The session info cards are 5×5 trifold style. I do recommend printing it on the press paper with no finish (Standard Semi- Gloss) so you can write their session time on it with a pen.
* Edit colors easily to match your branding!

Announcing the newest template that will save you time and energy! This product guide is made for those of you who sell online or do travel sessions! This is made to be a pdf for your clients to view all your special products but also may be printed (sizes as 8.5×11 letter size paper). I upload this pdf to my site, that way I can email a link to the pdf.
Let’s face it, most people are visual and this takes all the guessing out of ordering from online galleries.

I have taken photos of all my special products and placed them in the templates along with descriptions and pricing. The photos will remain in the templates just in case you don’t have examples yet of your new products.

A lot of my clients like to order in the comfort of their own home but feel overwhelmed by special products and what they look like. Once a client can see the details of a gallery wrap canvas or a book, they are hooked! We as photographers need to educate our clients with what we have to offer and this is an avenue that is easiest for both client and photographer, win win!

There are 11 fully layered psd files for you to use as your product guide. You can change colors, move frames, add or remove photos, etc.

I have had many questions about where I get my products from so here is a list:

I have been so excited about these and they are now all done to show all of you!
I have had the idea to create some fun/funky/modern wall displays with wallpaper for a while and I love how they turned out.

There are 10- fully layered wall galleries with sizing info on each of them.
Each template is sized as 5×7’s so that you can print them and bind them through WHCC to show your clients during ordering sessions. I would also recommend using Finao Elements 5×7 Self Mount albums to show them off as well.

You can use the clipping masks to quickly add in your clients photos before an ordering session or even in their online gallery to help your clients through the tough ordering process. Most people are visual learners, this is a great was to teach your clients how to hang their art that you have created for them.

2010 Damask Calendar Set- $40

I am so excited to introduce these templates! These are perfect to offer as desk calendars for your clients. They fit perfectly in 5×7 clear desktop frames.

There are 12 layered templates (January-December), mostly customizable (cannot change the color of the damask but you can remove it if you would like). They are all sized as 5×7’s. You can change the months and days for the next year, it will just take a little time…

I am including instructions, links of where to download free fonts also.

This is a great incentive to offer to clients, ie.. if you spend $XX you get the calendar set for free or a discounted rate. Mom’s love these and they are also great for dad’s office too!

The trifold, business card, & thank you card are all from White House Custom Color specifications. The thank you card is sized as a 4.5×5.
